These terms govern your use of Tribathon Insights. By using the service you accept them.

What the service is

Tribathon Insights is an analytics tool that imports your authorised history from Tribathon, collects statistics from the platforms you connect, and turns them into dashboards and media kits. It is currently offered as a closed beta, free of charge, to invited creators.

Your account

You sign in with your Tribathon account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for everything done through your Insights account. Access to the beta is granted individually and may be withdrawn.

Connecting platforms

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. When you connect a platform you authorise us to read your own statistics from it. You can disconnect at any time, and we stop reading immediately.

Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. We are not affiliated with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Instagram or TikTok.

What we ask of you

  • Do not use the service to break the law or the terms of the platforms you connect.
  • Do not try to access other creators' data, or to circumvent the limits of the service.
  • Do not present metrics from Insights as something they are not — for example, presenting an estimate as verified data.

Accuracy of the data

We calculate metrics from what the source platforms and Tribathon give us. When a figure is missing we say so instead of showing a zero, and we publish the coverage and quality of each metric so you can judge it. We cannot guarantee that a third-party platform's data is complete or correct, and the service is provided as is, without warranties.

Beta status

The service is in beta: features may change or be removed, and interruptions are possible. We will not delete your imported history without telling you.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or when the beta ends, giving you reasonable notice so you can export what you need.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
