Deleting your data
Last updated: 6 September 2026
You can have your data deleted at any time. This page explains exactly how, and what happens to each kind of data.
Disconnect a single platform
In Settings, disconnect any platform you have connected. We immediately stop collecting from it and delete the stored access token for that platform.
Disconnect Tribathon
Disconnecting Tribathon stops any further import of your history. Data already imported stays in your account until you ask us to delete it or delete the account.
Delete your whole account
Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address associated with your account, or from your Tribathon account, asking us to delete your Insights account. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
Deletion covers:
- Your Insights account and its link to your Tribathon identity.
- Every event imported from Tribathon, and every daily aggregate calculated from them.
- Audience samples and content metrics collected for your accounts.
- Access tokens for every platform you connected.
- Any media kit links you generated, which stop working immediately.
Deleting your Insights account does not delete your Tribathon account, nor anything held by the platforms themselves. Those have to be requested separately from each provider.
A note on how this works today
During the closed beta, deletion is handled by us on request rather than by a button in the product. It is a manual process carried out by a person, which is why we commit to a maximum of 30 days rather than doing it instantly. Self-service deletion is planned.
